HOW TO APPLY
COMPLETE APPLICATION FORM
First, you need to complete the online application form. It is very easy and only takes 5 – 10 minutes.
A non-refundable application fee of R500.00 is payable to finalise your application.
PAY DEPOSIT & ADMIN FEE
Only once you have received a Letter of Occupation confirming that your application has been successful, will you be required to make payment.
At that point, you will need to pay the R10,000.00 refundable deposit, and the R1,000.00 non-refundable admin fee.

SIGN RESIDENCE AGREEMENT
When we have matched your application details with a payment we will allocate your room and send you your Lease Agreement to be signed by you and your parent or guardian.
