All maintenance issues are reported online using the 27Cluver Helpdesk. Our on-site maintenance team will respond as soon as possible and subject to the urgency.

Communal living requires that everyone respects each other’s rights. Yes, there is a Code of Conduct and it is an integral part of the SRA signed contract. It can be found in the “Downloads” tab in the main menu.

27Cluver is a secure environment and we need to protect that and respect the other people’s rights. Yes definitely, 27Cluver and Stellenbosch in general are ideally suited for cycling. We also have lockable spaces for safe and secure on-site storage.

Yes all Gates, Doors and Lift are Access Controlled by biometric access points and you will need to be loaded onto the Security System when you sign in to gain access. There are also regular fire drills.

No. You may not smoke at any part of the Premises, building, corridor or any communal areas of 27Cluver and the current smoking laws, fines  and penalties will apply.

We will clamp the offender’s car and will only be released once the offender has paid a fine. Repeated occurrences will result in increased fines.
