Please complete the form on the following pages in full.
Once the application fee of R500.00 has been paid and the application form has been submitted:
1. We will proceed with the necessary credit checks. If your application is approved, a room (and if requested a parking bay) will be provisionally reserved for you.
2. You will receive a letter of occupation confirming your room and payment option selection.
3. Upon receiving the letter of occupation, you or your parent/guardian must make the payment of the R1,000.00 administrative fee and R10,000.00 deposit. Please send Proof of Payment (POP) to info@27cluver.co.za
4. After we receive the POP, you and your parent/guardian will receive the Lease Agreement to sign and return. Your specific room and, if requested, parking bay will be detailed in the Lease.
Upon receipt of the signed Lease Agreement, an invoice for your first rental payment will be issued to you.

As a returning student you are entitled to a 4% discount on rental
